My name is Joanna. I used to work in an office for many years and was always stressed and in a hurry, without much time to relax and rest. Suddenly, I was given a second chance. And I started to think about my family’s and my surroundings.

I am sensitive to beauty- I love tasteful and cosy interiors, lit up by natural candles, preferably made of beeswax. They, like no other, create a wonderful atmosphere, beneficial for our wellbeing and health.

Health benefits of home candles

A few years ago, I was not a candles advocate, even those made of beeswax. Their form was not compliant with my definition of beauty. Gnomes, sheep, bears did in no way fit into my house. However, when I learnt about the health benefits of beeswax, I started to look for a home candle that would not only be beneficial but also beautiful. Unfortunately, the only ones I found were in brown, pharmacy jars with black lids. 

VINCABEE is not only a company - it is my passion, brought to life out of love of nature and beauty.

For this very reason, I decided to create a candle made 100% out of beeswax but presented in an elegant glass. First, in my own kitchen just for my family and myself. An organic candle, beneficial for health, which, when lit would create a subtle mood, and when put out would still remain a decoration, complementing the interior. One thing led to another and I thought, why not share it with others?

“Vinca minor” is a Latin name for periwinkle, popular in the Podkarpackie Region and beloved by bees. Hence VINCABEE…

This is the story of our family brand VINCABEE, the candles I would like to share with you.
